Mr. Snider is an attorney with more than 15 years experience. Currently Mr. Snider is the President and General Counsel of the Franchise Opportunities Network. Prior to his current position Mr. Snider served as outside counsel to the Franchise Opportunities Network and was instrumental in the formation of the company in 2000.

From 1998-2003 Mr. Snider practiced commercial litigation for the law firm of Griffin Cochrane and Marshall. Mr. Snider joined Griffin Cochrane and Marshall after having founded a company that provided legal services under a contract with the State of Georgia.

Mr. Snider has been published in various law journals and legal periodicals. He is also a regular contributor to business publications on the topics of franchising, the economy, and on-line lead generation.

He holds a BBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Georgia, and a J.D. from Emory University.
