Then there are scores of attorney’s who specialize in franchise law; there are software systems that are developed especially for franchises, and there are even lead generation companies that exist solely to promote franchising. To understand franchising law is to move beyond the FDD. It is to know that a business landscape is most productive when all cottages are secure and all the townspeople happy.
